- 1 cup beef broth (preferably homemade or low-sodium)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Steak:
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet, then sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust based on your preference).
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Cauliflower Mash:
- Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender.
- Drain the cauliflower and place it in a food processor.
- Add butter, salt, pepper, and heavy cream to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting seasoning to taste.
Broccoli:
- Steam the broccoli until it's just tender but still vibrant green.
- In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the steamed broccoli, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Easy Keto Gravy:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add almond flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes until it's lightly browned.
- Gradually whisk in the beef broth to avoid lumps.
- Simmer until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Assembling the Meal:
- Place a generous serving of cauliflower mash on the plate.
- Top with sliced ribeye steak.
- Arrange the sautéed broccoli on the side.
- Drizzle the easy keto gravy over the steak.
