Ingredients:

For the Steak:

  • 200g ribeye steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Cauliflower Mash:

  • 300g cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

For the Broccoli:

  • 150g broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

For the Easy Keto Gravy:

  • 1 cup beef broth (preferably homemade or low-sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Steak:

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, then sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust based on your preference).
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Cauliflower Mash:

  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and place it in a food processor.
  3. Add butter, salt, pepper, and heavy cream to the food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth, adjusting seasoning to taste.

Broccoli:

  1. Steam the broccoli until it's just tender but still vibrant green.
  2. In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the steamed broccoli, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Easy Keto Gravy:

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add almond flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes until it's lightly browned.
  3. Gradually whisk in the beef broth to avoid lumps.
  4. Simmer until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembling the Meal:

  1. Place a generous serving of cauliflower mash on the plate.
  2. Top with sliced ribeye steak.
  3. Arrange the sautéed broccoli on the side.
  4. Drizzle the easy keto gravy over the steak.
