- 2-3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp almond milk (unsweetened, or more for desired consistency)
Instructions:
- Scoop the avocado into a blender or food processor.
- Add cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed for a mousse-like texture.
- Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Optionally, top with keto whipped cream or a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
