  • Ingredients:
    • 150g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
    • 100g bell peppers, sliced
    • 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Instructions:
  1. Season chicken and cook in olive oil until done.
  2. Add sliced peppers and cherry tomatoes. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
