  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to preferred spice level)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh coriander for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
