What’s included in the 7-day meal plan?

You’ll receive 14 fresh, ready-to-eat keto meals — 2 per day for 7 days (lunch + dinner). Meals are dietitian-designed and delivered chilled to your door.

Can I choose my meals?

Yes. You can build your own box from 30+ rotating keto options each week. All meals are chef-prepared and require no cooking.

Is this plan NDIS-approved?

Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider under Support Class 0120 (Household Tasks). Meal preparation, packaging and delivery are claimable.

How does the split invoice work?

If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, we’ll email a split invoice within 1–2 business days. It separates the claimable and non-claimable costs for easy reimbursement.

How much can I claim through NDIS?

Under the 0120 category, you can claim the meal prep, packaging and delivery — typically ~$5 per meal. Ingredients and food costs are not claimable.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver Australia-wide through our partner Thrive Meals. Most metro and regional areas are covered. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm.

How long does delivery take?

Meals are prepared fresh and delivered within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once dispatched.

Can I add supplements to my plan?

Yes — and you’ll get 40% off when you add supplements to any 14-meal plan. These items are not NDIS-claimable.
