Announcement: Delays in December and January Orders

We are reaching out to inform you about the delays in processing orders placed during the months of December 2023 and January 2024.

During the recent shutdown period, we experienced an unprecedented surge in orders. While we are happy to see such overwhelming support for our products, this surge has created a temporary backlog in our order processing system. 

Refund Policy and Entitlements: To demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have updated our refund policy as follows:

  1. If delivery is not completed within 14 days from the date of your order, you will be entitled to a full shipping refund. Rest assured, your product will still be dispatched at Keto Australia's expense.

  2. In the event that delivery is not completed within 28 days, you will be entitled to a full refund along with a $20 gift card as a token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding.

  • Exceedingly disappointed not to have received a reply to my two emails re very late delivery of Gummies. Your post of Jan 24 is the first notification of late deliveries. Lack of response does not bode well for customer confidence.
