Order Update: Temporary Delays

Thank you for supporting our small business. Keto is proudly based in Adelaide, Australia, and we supply 100% Australian-manufactured products made with natural ingredients.

We have been overwhelmed with thousands of orders over the Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year period. Our team is working extended hours to clear orders as quickly as possible. Orders are being packed and dispatched in the order they were received, where stock is available.

Orders placed up to 18 December will be packed and dispatched by New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2025.

For remaining orders, we are currently awaiting the arrival of new stock.

Please note that our manufacturer is on shutdown until 5 January 2026, and we anticipate new stock arriving by approximately 15 January 2026.

We offer a refund of shipping if your order is not dispatched within 14 days of purchase.
