Conditions for Money-Back Guarantee:

  1. Program Participation: You must actively participate in our 4-week keto program, following the provided guidelines, recipes, or meals without deviation.

  2. Weekly Logging: You are required to log your weight or waist measurements on a weekly basis using the provided tracking tool.

  3. Progress Documentation: Alongside weekly measurements, you must document your progress by providing a clear and unaltered progress picture.

  4. Compliance: You must strictly adhere to the program instructions and guidelines throughout the entire 4-week period.

Claim Process:

  1. Submission: If you have followed all the conditions outlined above and have not experienced weight loss, you may submit a claim for a refund.

  2. Evidence: Your claim must include documented evidence of your participation, including logged measurements and progress pictures.

  3. Review: Our team will review your claim and verify the provided evidence against our program records.

  4. Refund: If your claim meets all conditions and requirements, you will be eligible for a full refund of your program fees.

Refunds For Damaged Meals

If your meal is damaged or insufficient, please request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To do so, photograph and upload the item on the refund request form. If the item is unavailable for inspection up to 48 hours after a refund is requested, no refund will be provided.

No Returns On Sale Items Or Gift Cards

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you discover a meal is too spicy or has ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction, we can offer an exchange option or refund. The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to accept a replacement order. In this event, you will be prioritised for the next delivery in your area.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we've received and approved your refund request. You will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Alternatively, we offer the refund as a credit on your next order at our discretion.
