Order Processing

After placing an order, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please retain this email as proof of purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time is the duration taken to prepare your order for shipping. Once your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are typically processed within 1 day. If there are any delays, we will contact you.

However, some orders may be shipped within 1 day, while others may take up to 7 days.

Shipment Locations

We only ship domestically within Australia and New Zealand and do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Rates And Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After placing an order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipment date, not the order date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. We make every effort to fulfil your order unless there are exceptional circumstances.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • When placing your order, we consider transit time, which is the amount of time it takes for your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
  • Due to stock shortages, government lockdowns, and major accidents, packages to and from our facility in Adelaide may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
  • We will not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Tracking Options

Keto Australia aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Domestic

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

Damages

If the packaging is damaged during delivery, please get in touch with us immediately at sarah@keto.com.au or submit a refund request form on our website.

Missing or Lost Package
