How it works
Aim for a reading of the following:
0.5–1.5 mmol/L: Nutritional ketosis
1.5–3.0 mmol/L: Deeper ketosis, often targeted for fat loss and fasting
>3.0 mmol/L: Advanced levels — monitor alongside symptoms and glucose
Prick
Load a lancet, clean finger, quick finger-prick
Test
Insert ketone strip, apply blood (1.0 µL)
Know
Read your ketone value, track in the app, adjust plan
