Ingredients:

  • 1 large low-carb tortilla (2g protein, 3g fat, 6g carbs, 70 kcal)
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled (24g protein, 20g fat, 3g carbs, 280 kcal)
  • 50g ground turkey sausage (14g protein, 9g fat, 0g carbs, 140 kcal)
  • 40g shredded cheddar cheese (10g protein, 13g fat, 1g carbs, 160 kcal)

Method:

  1. Cook the ground turkey sausage in a pan until browned, then scramble the eggs and mix with the sausage.
  2. Place the scrambled eggs and sausage mixture on the low-carb tortilla, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and roll up to serve.
