If you’ve been searching online for keto support and have the goal of losing weight or improving insulin-resistance, you’ve likely seen ads or offers that sound too good to be true. 

One name that keeps popping up, causing confusion and distress is “Keto Flow.” 

This isn’t a brand we stock, support, or associate with in any way. However it has come to our attention that they have stolen a lot of our product information for their website and are exploiting customers.

Just today we received a return order to our warehouse from someone who thought they had purchased legitimate products from us… but had fallen victim to the Keto Flow scam.

What Is Keto Flow and Why Is It a Problem?

“Keto Flow” is one of several names used by questionable or misleading supplement offers. When one becomes too well known, they shut down, rebrand and pop up again with the same scammy approach. 

These are products that:

• Appear as “risk-free” trials but hide recurring charges in fine print
  
• Make false claims about celebrity endorsements or clinical backing
  
• Use aggressive, spammy advertising to get credit card details fast
  
• Do not disclose the true cost of their product and charge repeatedly afterwards
  
• Make it difficult - or impossible - to contact customer support
  
  

Victims often believe they’re ordering a legitimate product, only to be hit with unexpected charges they can’t cancel, or useless products they can’t return.

How to spot a scam: red flags to watch for

Here are common signs of a keto scam:

🚩 “Free Trial” or “Just Pay Shipping” Offers
Often tied to hidden subscription models which lock the customer in with repeat charges.

🚩 No contact details or transparency
Legitimate brands provide ABNs, phone numbers, addresses, and have a real team. Please know that at Keto Australia we sell our own range only. Any other products claiming to have their offices at our address are fake.

🚩 Fake endorsements or celebrity claims

🚩 Hard-to-find terms and conditions
Scam sites hide crucial information in tiny print or hard-to-access pages. This is done on purpose so that you become locked into agreements.

🚩 Unrealistic health promises
If it promises you’ll lose 10kg in a week without changing anything else, it’s not safe or science-backed.
