Are these chocolate bars really keto?

Yes! Each bar is low in carbs, with no added sugar. They’re sweetened naturally and fit perfectly into a keto lifestyle.

What sweeteners do you use?

We use erythritol, steviol glycosides (from stevia), and inulin—natural alternatives that won’t spike your blood sugar.

Are the bars vegan?

Yes, all our bars are vegan friendly—even the Milk Chocolate. We use plant-based ingredients only.

Are the bars gluten free?

Absolutely. All our chocolate bars are 100% gluten free.

What’s the shelf life?

Store them in a cool, dry place (17–25°C), and they’ll stay fresh for months. Just keep them away from direct sunlight.

Do they contain nuts?

Yes. Our Roasted Almonds and Mint bars both contain almonds. The bars are also made in a facility that processes various nuts including pistachios, hazelnuts, cashews, and peanuts.

Do they contain dairy or soy?

They contain soy (soy-based emulsifier). No dairy is added, but they’re made in a facility that processes dairy, so may not be suitable if you have a severe allergy.

Which one is best for me?
