Ingredients:
- 150g tuna steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 zucchini, ribboned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season tuna steak with salt, pepper, and lime zest.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sear tuna until desired doneness.
- In the same pan, add zucchini ribbons and sauté until tender.
