Keto Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs (18g protein, 15g fat, 2g carbs)
  • 70g smoked salmon (14g protein, 6g fat, 0g carbs)
  • 1/4 avocado (0.5g protein, 7.5g fat, 1g carbs)
  • 1 cup spinach, sautéed in 1 teaspoon olive oil (1g protein, 4.5g fat, 2g carbs)
  • 30g feta cheese (4g protein, 6g fat, 1g carb)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved (1g protein, 0g fat, 3g carbs)

Method:

  1. Scramble the eggs in a pan with a little olive oil, then add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
  2. Arrange the scrambled eggs and spinach in a bowl, top with smoked salmon, avocado slices, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
