Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)
  • Cauliflower rice for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat ghee and sauté ginger-garlic paste until aromatic.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder. Simmer until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
  6. Serve alongside cauliflower rice.
